Overview

These terms apply to your use of the OrionRND Ltd. website and any engagement initiated via it.

Acceptable use

Services may not be used for unlawful purposes. Consulting engagements are subject to separate agreements and NDAs.

Service levels

Consulting services are provided on a project basis. Specific SLAs are defined in individual statements of work.

Limitation of liability

OrionRND Ltd. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages beyond fees paid in the relevant engagement.

Governing law

Governed by the laws of Hungary. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Hungary.
